anchor down

We got in about an hour after dark. I can't remember the last time we went into an unfamiliar anchorage in the dark, not fun. Isla de la Plata is not a hard place to get into, but it's very deep right up to shore so it's a little nerve wracking finding a place that isn't right on the rocks and/or 100 ft deep.

We found one though, and right after we had the anchor down about 20 sea turtles came over to inspect us. Swimming right up to the boat at the surface they didn't seem to be afraid of the flashlights we used to watch them with.

Now to fix that sail...
